REFER A FRIEND OFFER DETAILS: To claim your Refer A Friend Certificate (Certificate), simply Contact Us specifying the month(s) that you are claiming for. After our verification of your qualification to the claim, we will send you a Refer A Friend Certificate vial e-mail. Each Certificate is valid for use for 60 days from the last day of the respective month claimed for. One Certificate per calendar month may be issued. Certificates for partial calendar months may be issued. Each calendar month begins a new cycle with respect to accumulating the number of Referred Members and the applicable Certificate to be available for claiming that month. The Referring Member must be in Good Standing to qualify. Each Friend Referred must completely and accurately fill out the Join form and make a qualifying purchase minimum $75.00. In addition, our 'Welcome to e-mail notification sent to the New Member must not have 'bounced'. We will also send a blind copy of the 'Welcome e-mail notification sent to the New Member to the Referring Member as a way of notifying the Referring Member. The Refer A Friend Offer (Offer) is good until further notice. The Offer may be modified from time to time and/or discontinued at anytime.WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OR OBLIGATION ON OUR PART!
